Nice character design <3 The bandages give a nice sense of movement, but boy! He must be cold! xD

There're some really nice little details about this - the chains/hand cuffs, and the hair obscuring his eye add a lot to his character and personality.

However, there are one or two things that need to be addressed.
Anatomy, for example. His head is a bit too large, and the very first thing I noticed when I saw the thumbnail - his left hand is on backwards! The other hand is very nicely drawn, however <3 Using a reference could be useful for you when it comes to area's like proportion, and help you with certain body parts; in this picture, the elbows look a little unnatural, as does the waist/midriff~

The lines look rather rough and scribbly, and that's fine if it's just a sketch! but if you plan on coloring this, it's a good idea not to rush, as this drawing is going to be the basis of your lineart! Also, I think it would have been a nice idea to clean it up a little before you submitted it, there are a lot of marks on the paper and this distracts me from what really is a lovely drawing!

His eye is very nicely done, I like how the lower lid is drawn with a heavier line, it gives him an almost haunted, defiant expression. I can see that you drew in the guideline of the skull underneath the hair, and thats always a good idea. However, I think this guys hairstyle might be getting a little out of control, as it's leaning very much to the left of the screen, and this sort of distorts the shape of his head. Aside from that minor problem, I really like how you did the hair itself, it has a really nice texture to it!

Finally, when doing chains, remember that they're made out of metal, and that's heavy, so it will fall in a straight line. Even if it's in motion, the chain will still be mostly in a straight line, following the path of the arm in motion, with a little bit of slack near the still arm.
